Now we have 2 advanced co-extrusion casting film production lines, one line imported from Italy DOCLI, another from Swiss SML. Annual production capacity is 9,500 tons.

Stretch film, also called as stretch wrap film, is a highly stretchable plastic film that is wrapped around items. The elastic recovery keeps the items tightly bound. Compared with traditional packaging method, the stretch wrap film has the following advantages:
  1. Improved stability of products or packages, forming a unit load;
  2. More efficient handling and storage of unit loads;
  3. Some degree of dust and moisture protection;
  4. Some degree of tamper resistance and resistance to package pilferage;
  5. Some degree of sun protection (UV stretch wraps);
  6. Cost-saving, stretch film’s packing list is only 40-50% of paper carton.

By using raw materials (linear low-density polyethylene, or abbreviated as LLDPE) from international famous companies like Exxon Mobil, plus with our advanced production lines, our stretch film have good performance in all technical parameters like break strength, cling, clarity, tear resistance, static discharge, etc.
