12,000BPH(550ml) Glass Bottle Vinegar Bottling Line for Hengshun Vinegar
Vinegar is a liquid consisting of about 5–20% acetic acid, water, and other trace chemicals, which may include flavorings. Vinegar serves as an important cooking ingredient in China people’s daily life.
Hengshun Vinegar, which is China’s biggest vinegar producer, signed a contract with Summit in May 2012 for a 12,000BPH (550ml) vinegar glass bottle bottling line. By using new innovative technology in filling valve, our vinegar filling & capping monoblock can effectively reduce the foam during vinegar filling.
This vinegar packing line is mainly composed by the following machines: glass bottle depalletizer; glass bottle washing machine; vinegar filling & capping monoblock; bottle dryer; rotary-type labeler; empty glass bottle conveyor; full bottle conveying system, etc.
